 RAB-DB-APBN on the field to catch the thief returned to the country on Wednesday. Safaviya footballers returned to the country on Wednesday. Although no complaint was received in the theft of about 5 lakh rupees including Bangladeshi taka, Nepali rupee, dollars and jewelry belonging to 6 members of the Safaviya women's football team, Krishna Rani Sarkar and Shamsunnahar senior, Dhaka Metropolitan has started an investigation.  Multiple units of police, APBN and Rapid Action Battalion (RAB).  The sad fact is that till now the aviation authorities do not say anything to any investigation or journalists.

 When asked about this, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DC) Uttara Division of DMP Mohammad Morshed Alam said that no written or verbal complaint has been received so far in the theft incident.  However, we are monitoring the footage of multiple CCTV cameras in the airport area.

 Additional Superintendent of Police of the Armed Police Battalion (APBN) in charge of the airport, Mohammad Ziaul Haque Palash, said, "We cannot talk about this issue."

 Detective Uttara Division Deputy Police Commissioner (DC) Md.  Akramul Hossain said, the DB unit has already started working.

 Director of RAB's Legal and Media Wing, Commander Khandaker Al Moin, said the women's football team returned home on Wednesday (September 21) after completing the clean mission in Nepal.  The theft of money by a member of the winning team immediately after his return is sad and shocking.  In the meantime, RAB has increased intelligence surveillance to find those involved in this incident and bring them under the law.  Besides, multiple CCTV footages of the airport and its surrounding areas are being reviewed.

Footballers witnessed the theft after the luggage arrived at the Bafuff building on Wednesday night.  Krishna Rani Sarkar played a major role in making Bangladesh champions by scoring a pair of goals against Nepal in the final.  Shamsunnahar played in the eleven in every match.

 Meanwhile, Prime Minister's Press Secretary Ihsanul Karim said that Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will reward the women footballers who won the SAFF Championship after attending the United Nations General Assembly session in the United States.  Besides, he will build new houses for those who need houses.

 He said that the prime minister has instructed the concerned to inspect the condition of all women footballers.  The prime minister will build new houses for those who need houses and those whose houses are not in good condition.  He will also give cash prizes to champion women footballers after returning from the UN conference.

 Earlier on Wednesday (September 21), the Prime Minister directed the concerned to make a house for the family of Bangladesh women's football team goalkeeper Rupna Chakma.

 Bangladesh beat Nepal 3-1 to win the Women's SAFF Championship for the first time on September 19.  Shamsunnahar scored a goal in this memorable victory.  Krishna Rani Sarkar scored two goals.

 Women footballers returned home on Wednesday afternoon.  When the historical girls came out of Shahjalal Airport at 3:30 in the afternoon, the excitement of the people started.  Thousands of people welcomed the footballers with the slogan Bangladesh.
